We had a great stay at this budget hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The hotel is centrally located in a convenient neighborhood. We really enjoyed being within walking distance of many important places, including a food market and numerous restaurants. The hotel’s facilities were above average, and we appreciated the complimentary WiFi and air conditioning. our room was clean and comfortable, and we really appreciated that there was free parking on the street.
No complaints.

Drinking water always available, practical. Small but comfortable room. Warm water in shower. Helpful personnel. Functional wifi and computers. Great value for money. Central location in historic city center. Clean room with good bed. Quiet air-conditioning.
Nothing, it was perfect.

Great location, right in the heart of the old town, easy to walk around the city. The hotel offers a basic breakfast that is good to start your day. Staff is helpful and friendly.
The rooms are very small and the bathroom feels a bit cramped. We had a lot of trouble with the door to our room, it was hard to open and close.

We spent a weekend at a hotel in the heart of Zona Colonial and were pleased with the location, as it was closest to restaurants, bars, and tourist sites. the owners were friendly and offered two complimentary breakfasts. the room was clean and cozy, making it feel like a home away from home.
There were also a few negative aspects about the hotel. the air conditioner was not the strongest unit and the bathroom had no hot water.

I recently had a great stay at this hotel situated in the beautiful colonial area. The location was perfect, right on the main pedestrian street, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, despite the fact that only one of them spoke English. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Additionally, the rooms were exactly as shown in the pictures, clean and tidy, with all the basic amenities needed. It was also a pleasant surprise to have breakfast included in the price.
The only slight downside was the lack of an elevator to the reception and the second-floor rooms. However, this inconvenience was not a major issue and could easily be overlooked considering all the other positive aspects of this hotel.

The hotel was located in the heart of the old town Zona Colonial, making it easy to access all the attractions. the main street location also meant that there were plenty of food options nearby. the staff were friendly and the Wi-Fi worked well. the room had hot water in the shower, which was a plus.
The noise level was almost unbearable due to the poorly isolated walls and ceilings.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
